Draftline is able to draw up the current house, the structures to demolish, and your new plan.
We will submit all the necessary reports and ensure the plans meet the local government and building code requirements. We will also obtain a structural engineer’s report and, if load bearing beams or lintels are needed, we will obtain the design and specifications
Once building consent and planning approvals are achieved, the consented documentation becomes the instruction set for the builder. Your build can now start.
