Christchurch Branch Manager

Bjorn brings over 25 years of experience across design, interiors and land development to his role as Draftline’s Christchurch Branch Manager. His background includes managing high-value, complex projects and navigating the requirements of the Resource Management Act and Building Act.

He brings a practical understanding of design and regulatory processes, helping guide projects from concept through to completion.

As the friendly voice on the phone and welcoming face at our Timaru office, Annette builds positive client relationships before a single plan is drawn.

With 15+ years in Construction, Engineering Design, and Drafting, plus the success of running his own manufacturing business, Stu brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team. His experience includes working with a large commercial design & build company and managing a relocatable housing business, making him our go-to for both commercial and residential design.

Stu doesn’t just design—he mentors our junior and intermediate staff, guiding them through council liaison and processes, while leading the charge as our commercial design specialist.
